ArcCore Smart Homes
About Us

Accessibility and privacy are at the core of ArcCore Smart Homes because technology should make life easier and more empowering for everyone. Many smart home systems today rely heavily on cloud services, which can create privacy concerns and reliability issues if internet access is lost.

ArcCore focuses on building systems that run locally within the home, giving homeowners greater control over their data while ensuring their automation continues to function reliably.

Accessibility is equally important. Smart homes have the potential to significantly improve independence and quality of life for individuals with disabilities, seniors, or anyone who benefits from easier control of their environment. By designing systems that adapt to the needs of the people living in the home, ArcCore helps create spaces that are more inclusive, comfortable, and empowering.

About Us

ArcCore Smart Homes began with a simple belief: technology should make life easier, safer, and more independent for everyone.

Like many people, I had always been interested in technology and home automation. But my perspective changed when I started building smart home solutions for my own family. My disabled son and my mother-in-law both faced challenges in their daily routines that many homes simply aren't designed to support. Tasks that most people take for granted—turning on lights, adjusting the thermostat, unlocking a door, or calling for help—can become difficult or sometimes impossible.

I realized that smart home technology had the potential to remove many of those barriers. The problem was that most smart home systems available today rely heavily on cloud services and are designed more for convenience than accessibility or reliability.

So I began designing a system that worked differently.

I built a smart home system that runs locally within the home, ensuring that it remains fast, reliable, and private. By keeping control inside the home rather than relying on external cloud services, the system continues to function even if the internet goes down and keeps personal data where it belongs—inside the home.

More importantly,

I designed the system with accessibility and independence in mind. Automations, voice controls, and intelligent systems can help people live more comfortably and safely in their homes, whether they have mobility challenges, disabilities, or simply want a home that works better for them.

What started as a solution for my own family became something much bigger.

ArcCore Smart Homes was created to help bring these kinds of intelligent, accessible, and privacy-focused homes to others. Every system we build is designed around the people living in the home, because technology should adapt to people—not the other way around.

Our mission is simple:

To build smart homes that empower independence, protect privacy, and improve everyday living for everyone.

Vision

We envision a world where technology removes barriers in day to day life, allowing individuals of all abilities to live with greater independence, safety, and dignity.
